CONGRATS to our Swimmers on their champ seasons
We will be updating after State finishes, but at MRCs our 10 swimmers took home 12 individual awards. It’s amazing to see your hard work and dedication pay off, including all the time drops and great swims. Can’t wait to dive into Long Course in April!
ISD 191 Facilities are closed and there will be NO PRACTICE on Wed 2/22 and Thur 2/23.

High School Swimmers & MRC Information
NO PRACTICE SATURDAY 2/18.
Minnesota Regional Championships entries due by Feb 20 at 5pm-please have your entries in ASAP-High School boys planning to use DUAL meet times from high school should have those to me by the end of the week (Fri, 4pm) for entry. IF you don’t want to use those, no problem! You need to register so I can add you to the MRC invite:

No practice changes this week!
Last chance for times prior to MRCs is RFSC’s meet on 2/19. This meet is one day, two session (12&U am and 13&O pm) in River Falls, WI. No time standards, and no times are accepted.
MRC registration will open this week. Your portal already reflects your child’s qualifying events (except OMNI Winter Classic). We encourage this final meet to celebrate your swimmer’s hard work this season.
- Verified times Pre-Bronze through Gold are required for 50s and 100s
- Bronze through Gold required for 200s
- 400 and above requires a Silver or Gold time.
High School Swimmers: Your high school events count as verifiable for entry into MRCs (with non-meet mobile proof). Please sign up for High School Boys in registration if you plan to come back after Sections/JV Champs (assuming you will not be at MSHSL State)-the remaining weeks of the season are free for you.
